On August 29, in the evening, at about 8.06 p.m. the group of thugs, wearing black masks and white gloves have attacked meeting of Moscow regional organization of National-Bolsheviks Party. It was crowd of more than thirty thugs, armed with pneumatical pistols, baseball bats, and “fires,” used by football fanats.
Building near metro “Avtozavodskaia” was guarded by seven National-Bolsheviks, two of them girls. But they stand up bravely against assault. Four NBP activists were wounded: Dmitri Elizarov have both of his arms fractured, Stanislav Diakonov have three fractures on his head, he was also stabbed with knife. Van belonging to NB party was put on fire, its windows were broken. But no invader was let into buildings hall, not speaking about fours floor, were meeting took place. Receiving rebuff assailants fleed towards the bus, N576 “Moscow-Korolev,” what have deposited them earlier.
// Who was behind the attack on the National Bolsheviks
Late Monday night, an attack was made on radical leftist youth in Moscow. They were shot with stun guns and beaten with baseball bats. Four members of the National Bolshevik Party were hospitalized. The victims are blaming the pro-presidential Nashi (Ours) group for the attack, although that group denies any involvement. At the police station where the attackers were taken, all information about them has been declared secret and the attackers themselves released. Kommersant has been able to obtain a list of the arrestees, however. It can be gathered from an examination of that list that the attackers were part of an organized group of fans of the Spartak team that has been suspected of having ties with Nashi.
To understand where we are, it is extremely useful to take a detached view of ourselves. Now many are expressing their opinion about the party. I will cite only the most interesting opinions. Dmitry Olshanski, political analyst, in the article “The Beginning of History”: “Nazbols seized the Health Ministry. The Society has not yet recalled the right word - narodovolets(members of the People’s Will organisation)! But the horrible sentence has already returned the relation of cause and effect to its place: the years of detention increase depending on the number of floors the portrait of the autocrat, thrown out of the window, had the bad luck to fly by. It is indicative that the NBP wasn’t invited to the two pitiful political congresses in December(both democratic and patriots’) - living people, existing in the historical time, are not among the actors’ of the burnt theater favourits. Nevertheless, it is the story with the Health Ministry, but not the theatrical howls of Rogozin and “The Committee 2008″, that we’ll have to remember. Such ridiculous, naive, insolent, irregular national-bolsheviks proved to be the only, though spontaneous, opponents of the monstrous State Building. The subjects of the complicated politics, but not its capricious and breaking objects”.
From newspaper “Trud” I have learned today that I am “small, unsignificant man, wearing ridiculous hat, slowly moving between two huge bodyguards.” Article of journalist from Briansk was printed next to article about pedophil, unmasked as teacher. As National-Bolsheviks Party becoming more and more important in political life of Russia, the more dirt throwed at me by FSB influenced-newspapers and television. Fortunately, anti-Putin’s media is stronger than pro-Putin.
Since the publication day of the last “General Line” issue many things have changed in our country. In dozens of Russian cities “benefits revolts” took place, where hundreds, thousands of furious pensioners came out on the streets, blocked the main streets of the cities and roads of national significance. In some cities, such as Piter, Kazan, Samara revolts lasted several days. In others they are happening now. The country is agitated. After the holidays, when they entered the metro, autobuses, trains, trolleybuses, the pensioners were faced with a cruel humiliation: the necessity to count their coins with their callous fingers, the fact that their pension booklets don’t guarantee them free rides anymore, they felt themselves last category citizens, used and cheated slaves. And the best of them, the most furious ones rebelled. This is a healthy behavior, a healthy instinct. The stupid state machine howled, stopped and backed for the first time. The angry, disappointed ministers and prosecutors hastily look for the responsible ones. And easily find them. The public prosecutor of the Samara region Mr. Efremov has declared already on January 12th that the organizers of the pensioners meeting in Samara, according to the prosecutor “are the national-bolsheviks from Edward Limonov’s party”. Vladimir Linderman, member of the CC of the National-Bolshevik party, Roman Popkov, leader of the Moscow department of the National-Bolshevik party are on the air of “Echo Moskvy” radio station.
The presenter is Vladimir Varfolomeyev
The member of the NBP Central Committee Sergei Fomchenkov is answering at the instance of Edward Limonov.
1. Could you present us the National-Bolshevik Party, its ideology and aims?
The National-Bolshevik Party now represents an acting political organization with 10 years of history of struggle, counting about 12000 members, having more than 50 regional departments around Russia. The party members are mainly the youth(15-30 years old), people discontent with their social position, marginals, nonordinary personalities with literary and artistic propensity, even “hereditary” revolutionaries. On the whole all the strata of society, different nationalities, religions are represented.
Our ideology is based on the works of such theorists of national-bolshevism as Ustryalov, Agurski, the works of Edward Limonov. We also borrow the ideas of current importance from Lenin, Mussolini, Mao and others.
Our aim is to come to power in Russia by means of National Revolution. We aspire to the establishment of the national and social justice in Russia, to the complete replacement of the ruling class - the power of functionaries and former nomenclature elite removal, redistribution and nationalization of property.
I’m tired - there was always somebody who tried to tell me who is Eduard Limonov. The same thing now, a fifty years old, mustached, sturdy-complexioned representative of the intern agencies. “Don’t you understand that he’s a CIA agent?”
Stop. All of this began a little earlier.
The back seat of a “Volga”, the head below the knees, the left hand squeezed by my own body, a bracelet is snapped on the right. Blows are pouring on the head and the kidneys. (more…)
— What’s leftist and what’s rightist in Russia and in the world?
— There’s no longer any left or right. There’s the system and the enemies of the system. The system is the liberal democracy that triumphed everywhere, that noxious, shit-colored weed. The enemies of the system — that’s who we are, extreme Communists, extreme nationalists.
