Recently in party circles I had to hear opinions more than once, that, war in Chechen Republic should be stopped immediately by means of withdraw the Russian army therefrom, and to give independence to Chechens. Such reasonings are supported with arguments that Russia - is not capable to crush and destroy gangs of terrorists, and continuation of war promotes creation of a police state.
Well, first, Putin will create a police state irrespective of there will be a Chechen war whether or not, as it is a pledge of his political survival. In this occasion it is not necessary to have illusions. If someone believes, that with withdraw of the Russian army from Chechen Republic terror in Russian cities will be stopped, he is severely mistaken. The person absolutely unfamiliar with Chechen ethnos-psychology can argue like it only. To Chechen Republic already gave independence if who has overlooked.
And so what Chechen freedom has brought to Russia? Nothing, except for incalculable disasters to inhabitants adjoining to Chechen Republics regions. Chechens have returned to the historical national crafts: to a robbery of neighbours and slave-trading. In the centre of Grozny existed slave market on which openly sold Russian slaves. In Kalmykia the stock-breeding - traditional occupation of Kalmyks practically has completely destroyed. In frontier areas of any sheeps did not remain - all was stolen by Chechens. Stavropolye has choked blood because strikes of the Chechen gangs became completely ordinary business. In Dagestan absolutely uncontrolled zones were formed, which served as reloading points in trade of slaves and weapons. You heard sometime about the Bandit-aul (on a map the Bamatbek-aul)? And about that in Hasavyurt in 97-98 years terrorists openly with the weapon walked about on city, making a splash with stripes “Ichkerija Army”. They have actually established his authority in Hasavyurt, in literal sense opened a door by a leg in a study of the head of local administration and have beaten him on eyes of subordinates for any anti-Chechen statement carelessly made by him in press.
I hope, given facts is enough, that the reader has understood, what the Chechen independence carries to Russia. I do not speak any more about in what numerous diasporas are engaged in Russian cities. The stream of slaves went to Chechen Republic not only from the next regions, but also from the centre of Russia. People carried in luggage compartments of machines through all blockstations and ostensibly protected border. I do not speak any more that all these diasporas are engaged in a criminal case in several forms. They are the first accomplices and helpers of terrorists. For example, in Kizlyar in January 96-th one Chechens living in city, have joined Raduev’s gang, and others have disappeared from Kizlyar in some days prior to attack as were perfectly informed on forthcoming capture of hospital. Chechens irrespective of declared orientation always will be the friend for the friend. Any basic distinctions between them can not be. Mashadov and Kadirov are two eyes of one jackal. And on this account it is impossible to build illusions.
The Chechen independence will call into question preservation of Dagestan, Ingushetia, Karachaevo-Cherkesiya and of some other Caucasian republics in Russian state. Once Dagestan already hung by a thread. Personally I, for example, in 98-99 years prepared for myself for the worst. If once this hair has sustained, there is no guarantee, that it will not break in next time. In Caucasus understand only force and respect only strong. And tormented and the intimidated by Chechens Russia, which is ready to capitulate to terrorists, will lose last rests of the influence in region.
Frequently speak, that there is no Russian people in Chechen Republic and to be at war there ostensibly is for nothing. I answer: really is not present, but whose diligence? I shall remind those who does not know, that by Chechens for years of board of regime Dudaev-Mashadov 45 thousand Russian was killed, 350 thousand appeared expelled of their houses, being plundered up to a thread, thousand others were inverted in slavery. All Chechen Republic is filled with our blood, it is a continuous Russian cemetery. The motive of revenge for each decent Russian man should be predominating. Chechen Republic is Russian ground. It was occupied by Grebensky cossacks in XV century. Appeals to capitulation in Chechen Republic are appeals to national treason. Treachery of own people is the most terrible human crime.
In these conditions Party should explain to the Russian people, that the criminal government meaningly does not want a victory in the Chechen war and creates to Chechens a most favoured nation treatment. Only it is possible to guess, what financial assets have left in a black hole under the name “restoration of economy of Chechen Republic” and how many officials have made a fortune on it. We should demand the most vigorous measures to finish with the Chechen gangsterism. Kadyrov - the head of Chechen Republic which completely in due time called to slaughter Russian people is terrible argument against authority. “Putin does not want to bridle Chechen absolute illegality, therefore we National-Bolsheviks shall finish with it! “About such there should be a line of a Party in this question. Having made revolution, we shall act with Chechen Republic on method of Ermolov and Beriya.
We should expose sham Putin’s patriotism in every way and tell about the valid actions of a regime. Loss of Chechen Republic will result in the most tragical consequences. It is necessary to look in the future to see prospect. And without pacified on Ermolov’s method Chechen Republic peace will never be neither on Caucasus, nor in Russia.
