The 19 February, from 14.00 to 15.00, the national-Bolsheviks picketed the office of the company “Itera” on the Sevastopoloski prospect in Moscow. The action was arranged for the birthday of the Turkmenbashi, celebrated in Turkmenia as a governmental holiday. “Itera” is one of the largest business-partners of Niazov.
Four nazbols, having handcuffed themselves, blocked the entrance to the building, the rest, taking advantage of the security’s confusion, forced their way inside. The reclamations of the participants in the action: to cease the cooperation with the tyrannical and anti-Russian regime of the Turkmenbashi. The following slogans were chanted: “kalashis [kalashnikovs] will calm down the Turkmenbashi!”, “YOUR MONEY SMELLS BLOOD!”, “ITERA AND NIAZOV CHOKE FREEDOM WITH GAS!” “DON’T TAKE FROM THE TURKMENBASHI EITHER GAS OR ANASHA [pot]!” and others. Representatives of “Itera’s” management who have came out to the nazbols assured that in 2004 they will not send in Russia a single cubic meter of Turkmenian gas. They behaved themselves relatively politely, they even admitted that they respect the NBP and personally Limonov.
11 national-Bolsheviks were arrested by the police, which also this time distinguished itself by an uncommon softness and observation of all the procedural norms. Nobody wanted to harness himself for the Turkmenbashi. The adult participants of the action were kept in prison until late evening and sentenced to a fine. The 19 February the Moscow department of the NBP planned to conduct a meeting near Turkmenia’s embassy, but the municipal authorities refused, apparently, fearing to spoil the celebrations to the “best friend” of Russia Mr. Niazov. Tell me who your friend is…

The central committee of the National-Bolshevik Party distributed the following declaration:
In Turkmenistan was established a despotic regime of the personal power of Mr. Niazov-Turkmenbashi, with an anti-Russian and an anti-Russia orientation. Russia’s citizens residing in Turkmenistan are restricted in their rights, Russian schools are closed, Mr. Niazov in a one-way fashion broke the Russian-Turkmenian agreement about the double citizenship. The Turkmenians are also suffering, whom the Turkmenbashi regime threw off far back, in wilderness and poverty. The cooperation of Russian companies with the Turkmenbashi appears as an open cynicism on this background. The companies “Gazprom”, “Iter” are proud of their multi-billion supplies of gas from Turkmenia, not thinking that in this way they help the reinforcement of one the wildest despots in the modern world. Russian companies who cooperate with the Turkmenbashi build their over-profitable business on the humiliation of their compatriots, and this also means the humiliation of Russia. An even greater cynicism is the friendly, warm relationship of the Russian political leadership with the regime of Mr. Niazov. Matvienko’s visit in Turkmenia shows that the present Piter’s governor doesn’t have either intelligence or national pride. The National-Bolshevik Party reclaims from the State Duma and the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation the introduction of strict economic sanctions against Turkmenbashi’s regime. We demand to present an ultimatum to Mr. Niazov: the observation of the rights of the Russian citizens who reside in Turkmenia and the observation of human rights. Until these conditions will not be fulfilled, we demand to forbid Russian companies to cooperate with the Turkmenbashi regime.
